The brief
True Partnership was founded by former hedge fund professionals who now coach people in the industry they came from. That background is the whole proposition, and it was the thing the site most needed to communicate. Their clients are senior, busy and unmoved by consultancy language.
The offer runs across coaching, assessments and talent development, three things that blur into each other easily on a page. It needed to read as defined services with a common method rather than a menu. Client confidentiality also limits how much detail can be shown, so the work has to speak carefully.
The approach
We kept the writing short and specific and let the team do the persuading. Professional backgrounds are given properly, because in this market the biography is the credential. Each of the three services has its own page setting out what it involves and who it is for, with no attempt to bundle them.
The design is restrained and corporate without being cold. Plenty of space, a narrow palette, no stock photography of handshakes. Insights is built as a proper publishing section so the firm can put ideas out under its own name, which is where most of its long-term search visibility will come from.
The outcome
The firm has a site that matches the seniority of its clients and a publishing platform it can keep adding to.
