The brief
Laughter facilitation is a hard thing to sell on a page. Anyone booking it is spending a budget and then standing behind the decision in front of colleagues. The site had to do two jobs at once: convey the energy of the thing, and reassure a cautious buyer that it is run properly and run well.
Pete works in two main formats, conference energisers and team sessions, for very different room sizes. Event bookers and HR leads arrive wanting to know what actually happens, how long it takes and whether it will land with their people. Those answers needed to be near the front, not buried.
The approach
The design carries the personality and the copy carries the credibility. Warmth and movement at the top of the page, then plain, specific writing about format, running time and what a session involves. Nothing is coy about it. A booker should be able to picture the room before scrolling twice.
Structurally the site is built around the two formats, each with its own page and its own enquiry path, rather than one general contact form. Video and social proof sit where they support a decision. The theme is deliberately light, because event bookers often land on it from a phone between meetings.
The outcome
Pete now has one link to send to event organisers and HR teams that answers their questions before they ask.
