The brief
People looking for SAP calculations are not browsing. They have a plan, a deadline and building control waiting on them. They search for the exact thing they need, often the exact stage they are at, and they want a fixed fee and a turnaround before they will pick up the phone or fill anything in.
The subject is also badly explained online. Design stage and as-built are routinely confused, and so are SAP, EPC and U-value work. A site that explains the process properly does two jobs at once: it helps the customer decide, and it earns search visibility that a thin services page never will.
The approach
We built a page for each service and each stage, written to answer the question behind the search rather than to restate the service name. Design stage, as-built, new build EPCs, extensions, conversions and U-value calculations each stand on their own, and each one ends in a quote request.
Underneath sits the explanatory content: what SAP is, when it is required, how the two stages fit together and why assessments fail first time. Location pages give national coverage without duplicating copy. FAQs are marked up so they can appear directly in search results rather than only on the page.
The outcome
The site answers the questions people actually search for and turns them into quote requests with plans attached.
